When initiating contact with us for a move quote, we will take down all basic information for your move and promptly arrange an in-home or a live video walkthrough.
During the survey phase, a move estimator will gather important details concerning loading and unloading conditions, packing options, as well as items of significant value to you and your family. Prior to concluding the meeting, you will receive a written and guaranteed quote.
After choosing Bradley's Best as your moving service provider, you'll receive an email confirming the dates and times of your move. Several days prior to the scheduled move, a move coordinator will reach out via phone to address any queries and provide clarity on the moving day procedures.
On the morning of your move, a trained and professionally uniformed crew will gather paperwork and instructions from our operations team. Once briefed on their tasks, the crew will ensure all essential equipment is loaded onto their truck before embarking on the journey to your residence.
Upon arrival at your residence within the designated time frame, the moving crew will extend introductions before initiating floor and overall home protection measures. The move manager, often the truck driver, will accompany you on another walkthrough of the home, taking note of any concerns outlined in the dispatch notes. If packing was selected, the movers will start packing and then wrapping your furniture to ensure safety before loading the truck.
Upon reaching your new residence, the move manager will once more accompany you for a thorough walkthrough before the crew commences their tasks. Following the completion of moving your belongings, the move manager will conduct a final walkthrough alongside you, ensuring all items are placed in their designated spots and that everything has been properly reassembled.
